Updates currently renders artifact type/title/summary as generic rows, hiding outcomes and structured progress. Replace those rows with compact native cards that retain Read/Open chat actions, expose failure conclusions, read nested plan progress, and show countdown target/timezone metadata. Interactive forms remain explicitly unavailable.
This PR is stacked on
feat/countdown-attention-policy(PR #111); only the desktop commits belong to this review. Merge sequencing and deployment are owned by Aura.Validation: Release build passed; all 20 CTest checks passed. After correcting the new card's Qt property name, the release rebuild, native-only and activity-layout checks passed; qmllint reports no warning in the new card (three pre-existing unused-import info messages remain). The actual release binary was captured offscreen against an isolated inert Host with synthetic artifacts. No live database or visible desktop touched.
