Make quick clicks count once and stop dragging on release #27

Closed as not planned

Description

@relh

I want a quick click to count once even if the mouse is pressed and released between two frames. When I release a slider, it should stop following the pointer.

Keeping those mouse events would make menus reliable while the game is busy drawing. This is separate from the keyboard shortcut timing problem.

PR #9 uses the widget fix from Silky #67.

    Consolidating into #26 to keep the issue list focused. Quick mouse clicks and slider release are existing Silky widget fixes needed by the menu example.

    The useful requirements are now in that issue. Closing this separate tracker does not mark the implementation complete.
