Let Command-A select text in Mac browser menus #31
I want to press Command-A in a text box and replace the selected name, as I would in another Mac app.
In the browser menu, Windy did not recognize the Command keys, so holding Command-A failed to select the text. Recognizing those keys would make normal editing work.
PR #9 includes the key mapping fix from Windy #194. Holding Command-A, seeing the selection, and replacing it were checked in Mac Chrome before and after the fix. Very quick shortcuts have a separate timing problem and are not fixed by this mapping change.
The remaining quick-shortcut problem is tracked in #32.
Consolidating into #28 to keep the issue list focused. Command-key recognition is part of making name editing work; it does not need a separate Polyworld feature request.
The useful requirements are now in that issue. Closing this separate tracker does not mark the implementation complete.
