Continued in the independent repository Metta-AI/coworld-conductor-gota. The complete source history and this integration are preserved there. This upstream PR is closed without merging.
Summary
Runs ten BASIC policies in the existing GOTA engine through Conductor's process protocol. The host enforces fixed policy/configuration formats, disables external model calls, bounds execution, and publishes scores plus a compressed public replay after the game process stops.
Adds a composed-image recipe, world manifest, package-local contracts and an operator qualification command. Game and runner images build independently; hosted publication requires qualified immutable digests.
Validation
A real composed Docker image completed ten embedded policies in approximately six seconds and returned ten scores plus a digest-verified compressed replay. The qualification command protects the cross-image result and replay boundary; lint and Python compilation passed for the host and checker.
No hosted image was published or activated by this PR.
