docs: shorten the curl installer URL

the curl install command is too long. this makes it curl -fsSL https://wallapop.micr.dev/install.sh | sh.

vercel proxies that path to the existing script on github main, so there is still one installer to maintain. updated the readme and install docs to use the short url.

checked the locked npm install, docs production build, typecheck, and shell syntax. the preview endpoint will be checked against the original script before merge.
