docs: remove workstation-only agent board protocol

Follow-up to the review on webrenew/troy#6.

This repository is public, so it no longer carries the workstation-only agent message-board protocol (it named one machine's paths and required an unversioned local script). The rest of AGENTS.md is unchanged. The owner's local tooling now treats public repositories as protocol-free, so the block is not re-added.

• Docs-only change: no source code, generated CLI reference content, or build/lint inputs are touched, so no test updates are required.
