Summary

Self-hosting is now a real docs section at /self-hosting. It replaces the single docs/self-hosting.md in the app repo with 9 pages:

• Overview: which services are needed and what each one unlocks.
• Quickstart: Vercel and Docker.
• Database and auth: runtime role, sign-in providers, Resend.
• GitHub App: permissions, events, URLs, and the OAuth app.
• Background jobs: Trigger.dev deploy, env sync, and a crontab for cron routes.
• Sandboxes and models: the order in which model keys are used.
• Slack app: a paste-ready manifest.
• Environment-variable reference.
• Operations: upgrades, secret rotation, MCP OAuth, constraints, and troubleshooting.

Facts the old doc missed:

• User access needs an allowlist or a profile flag when Stripe is not configured. Without a billing balance, hosted AI and sandboxes are denied. Grant access with PLATFORM_ACCESS_* or the profile flags.
• GITHUB_CLIENT_ID and GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET are required but missing from .env.example.
• If TRIGGER_PROJECT_REF is unset, it falls back to the hosted project.
• vercel.json turns off Git deploys.
• Email and password sign-up requires Resend.

Integrations now covers every user-facing integration. New pages:

• Dependabot
• Linear
• Notion
• Sentry
• Supabase
• Neon
• Browserbase
• Sanity
• Zapier
• Trigger.dev
• AI provider keys
• Claude Code and Codex
• Signed webhooks (HMAC x-mogplex-signature / x-mogplex-delivery)

The index and sidebar are now grouped by kind.

The Vercel page is corrected. It described Vercel project env sync. Per docs/byo-vercel-compute.md and the repo settings UI, that sync and user-owned compute are not available.

Navigation: Integrations and Self-hosting are added to the nav tabs and the search quick-links.

Every fact was checked against Mogplex/mogplex@c3063b47 (origin/main).

Verification

• pnpm lint, pnpm types:check, pnpm build (385 pages), and pnpm test (18/18) pass.
• Every internal link and anchor in the changed pages resolves (script check).
• All 24 new or changed routes return 200 on next start. /self-hosting, /integrations, and the root sidebar were checked visually in a browser.

Follow-ups (app repo, not in this PR)

• Point mogplex/docs/self-hosting.md and the README at https://docs.mogplex.com/self-hosting.
• Add GITHUB_CLIENT_ID and GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET to .env.example, and remove its stale "via Supabase Auth" comment.
• The Account page says "Manage Vercel from Connections", but Connections has no Vercel UI.

Adds a full Self-hosting docs tree at /self-hosting (overview, quickstart, Postgres/auth, GitHub App, Trigger.dev/cron jobs, sandboxes/models, Slack manifest, env reference, operations) and registers it in the root docs sidebar and top nav.

Integrations is expanded and reorganized: new pages for Dependabot, MCP tool presets (Linear, Notion, Sentry, Supabase, Neon, Browserbase, Sanity, Zapier, Trigger.dev), AI provider keys, Claude Code/Codex harnesses, and HMAC signed webhooks; the index and meta.json group entries by source control, tools, models, and triggers. GitHub gains a Dependabot cross-link.

The Vercel integration page is rewritten to match current product behavior (Mogplex-managed Vercel Sandbox, manual repo env vars; no user-owned Vercel billing or project env import). Integrations and Self-hosting are added to layout.shared.tsx nav and search quick-links.
