Wording only, plus one report-template sentence. States where the rating factor comes from, scopes the licence claim to declared licences with the bundled-codec caveat, corrects the AGPL summary, and removes an illustrative number. All 71 tests pass locally.

Rating factor default stated; licence claim scoped to declared licences with the bundled-codec caveat; AGPL summary corrected; validation tolerances; weights size; illustrative number removed.

The report no longer says a human entered the rating factor when the 1.00 config default may be in use; README wording aligned. All 71 tests pass.
