What & why

Table headers showed no column edge, so resizing a Report column meant hunting for the edge blind. The fix lives in MoonUI's shared data-table header (Moonbot-Tech/MoonUI#144): each resizable column's resize strip paints a resting hairline in the header's muted ink (denser on the dark header) that grows into a full-height accent bar on hover; a narrowed column's title clips before the mark. This PR re-pins MoonUI to that merge, so the Report, Orders, Screener, Figures, Assets and Core status tables pick it up.

The re-pin also carries the MoonUI commits merged since the previous pin.

Closes #1144

How to verify

  • cargo fetch --locked succeeds; workspace clippy and tests are green locally (the one local red, full_compaction_preserves_queued_inserts, is the 10% disk-reserve guard on a nearly full drive).
  • Open the Report in the dark theme: every column edge in the header shows a short mark; hovering it shows the accent bar.

Traders could not see where a column ends in a table header, so the
resize edge had to be found blind. MoonUI's shared data-table header
now paints a resting mark on each column's resize strip that grows
into an accent bar on hover (Moonbot-Tech/MoonUI#144). Re-pin MoonUI
to that merge so the Report, Orders, Screener, Figures, Assets and
Core status tables pick it up.

Table headers hide the column edge, so resizing the Report is a blind hunt
