Digital Health, Precision Medicine & Clinical AI
I'm a final-year MD student at Islamic Azad University Tehran Medical Branch, in Tehran, Iran. I'm not leaving medicine to become an engineer — I'm building the bridge between them, moving toward a career in clinical AI while I finish clinical training. Alongside that, I'm developing hands-on skills in Python, clinical NLP / LLM / RAG workflows, and Git/GitHub.
- Mana — a RAG-based assistant that answers health questions only from verified clinical guidelines (currently the ADA Diabetes Standards and AHA/ACC Hypertension Guidelines), live in private beta on Hugging Face Spaces.
- osce-tutor — an AI-powered OSCE simulator that lets Persian-speaking medical students practice patient-history stations with automatic checklist scoring. V1 complete.
- PocketMed — early-stage experiments toward a personal diabetes assistant that turns a patient's own profile into short, personalized, non-prescriptive answers.
- EasyPaper — a minimal tool that turns a paper's title and abstract into a one-line summary.
13 peer-reviewed publications, H-index 6. Invited peer reviewer for BMC Medical Education and BMC Psychiatry (2026).
