What does this PR do?
Converts the NEUFS filesystem specification from
neufs.txttoneufs.md.The content is mostly unchanged, just cleaned up and structured with Markdown headings and code blocks so it's easier to read and maintain.
The old
.txtfile is removed.Why?
The NEUFS spec is already fairly detailed, and Markdown makes the different structures and sections much easier to navigate on GitHub.
No filesystem behavior or implementation is changed by this PR
