customMetadata 1.0.0.2 — OMP 3.4

Bug fix (fatal without a request context). Replaced the non-existent constant Application::SITE_CONTEXT_ID with Application::CONTEXT_SITE in resolveContextId() (CustomMetadataPlugin.php) and getContextId() (classes/CustomMetadataSettingsForm.php).

SITE_CONTEXT_ID only exists in newer pkp-lib. On OMP 3.4 it is undefined, so the site-context fallback — taken whenever there is no request context, e.g. the scheduled/automatic DOI deposit (automaticDoiDeposit) — threw:

Error: Undefined constant APP\core\Application::SITE_CONTEXT_ID

CONTEXT_SITE (id 0) exists in 3.4 and satisfies the int return type. Manual export from the UI was unaffected because a context is present there.

Both occurrences were fixed (the plugin and the settings form). Only affects the OMP 3.4 branch.
