Reviewed exact head c2041bd against main cf3fa08. Independent actual-Qwen content approval and published-head binding renewal verified. The one-line test expectation now matches the existing Scorecard v2.5.0 workflow contract; focused revert/restoration controls passed. All four original published-head PR workflows succeeded, with 363 executed tests including the Lume hung-stop control. Historical local candidate/main Lume failures remain recorded and unwaived. Actual Scorecard action runtime is still pending the original post-merge main workflow: PR tests do not execute it, and no required pre-merge Scorecard check is configured. This is an explicit residual runtime risk, not a runtime pass or waiver. The existing main governance PAT 403 remains unresolved pending JT’s credential decision. This approval changes no protections, credentials or sibling dispositions.
