In August 2026 the OpenAMP Board voted to update the charter, adding 2 new membership categories, fixing a dead link, and clarifying wording. Create a subdirectory for charter files, move the old charter from 2024 update there and put the new one there too. Update the website pages that pointed to the charter to point to the new one (About & Governance).
