OpenAthan publishes pre-1.0 reference firmware releases. Check the latest release notes for known issues and upgrade compatibility. Publication does not establish a long-term support policy for older releases.

Please do not publish security vulnerabilities as public GitHub issues. Until a dedicated private reporting channel is established, use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting feature if enabled for this repository.

Security-sensitive areas include Wi-Fi provisioning, the local web interface, OTA updates, media URL handling, and any future cloud or account integration.
