Existing LexicalScopeBindingAuthority still determines bindings. Existing ParsedModuleClassFunctionStackNodeVisitor now determines them once per function event and passes the immutable answers through cooperative function_scope context hooks. Independent presentation/check owners retain their concrete prelude/postlude behavior; duplicated leaf binding calls/event overrides are deleted. ClassFunctionStackNodeVisitor owns name restoration for traversal and mapping postlude, deleting unsafe copied push/pop. No cache, mirrored store/roster, dispatch table or compatibility path. Matching super Assign/AnnAssign/Return hooks and projection-local suppression remain intact.
Independent BindingCensus declarations/hooks participate before and after the actual visitor in C3 with no generic consumer edits. Retained red experiment demonstrates two body determinations; candidate uses one. Twelve new behavioral cases exercise nested/async order, fresh invocation and body/entry/exit/postlude failures. 79 distinct current source cases pass under serial oneCPU/512MiB/no-swap/60s bounds, peak103.57MiB. Original four-source complete fact signatures remain identical; single-sample timing is essentially flat, not a whole-R1 improvement claim. Authoritative NRA/refactor-audit IMPL-4/12/13 and switch/roster/store/compatibility patterns reviewed against actual diff.

No new WT/env/install/download/native/science/shared-lock change. Previous19MiB/816KiB/288KiB owned roots already absent. Source development remains active, not terminated by a submission count.
