The word gate refused a dozen orders today, including ones that only named real methods and modules, and each refusal cost a rewrite and a resend. The client check from #1999 refused the installer's own threads verify while it held maintenance, leaving the bus down after backup. The installer's own CLI calls were refused by #1999's client check while it held maintenance, which left the bus down after backup. The holder now passes its nonce to child processes. The rehearsal holds the copy the same way, so it reproduces live (the old rehearsal ran with the copy open and missed this).
Includes #2013: the jargon gate flags with a note and never blocks, and identifiers count as code.
