The parity rows restate the Markdown matrix's row numbers and capability text in each class, and five .patch files were committed at the repo root. They return in a follow-up PR with the rows as the single source. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The check-history clock copy goes with the parity work in its own PR; its missing source clocks are the desktop's #1940. Reword two comments that used banned vocabulary. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Use the existing workflow identity for bootstrap dispatch. All jobs target ts-gaming; private checks stay behind a restricted host entrypoint. Enqueue approved heads only after all checks pass.
Working checkpoint for #2023. Four focused authorization/schema checks, Ruff and shell syntax pass. Native runner is registered as ID 21, initially offline. Required source allocation, P714-owned review-context export, real queue merge and private-copy allocation remain unfinished; no success or installation is claimed for those paths.
The ordinary TodoOperation capability excludes reviewed heads; only the connector tool schema admits them. ToolCallVerdict retains commander validation. Shared TodoCommand owns revision and persistence; no caller guard or disabled actor hook remains. Src-Budget: 72

Preserve takeover checkpoint 307e595 and merge main and P714. ReviewedHeadVerdict owns the context for both publisher and queue. Status events carry context as data; delete the repository-variable mirror. Derive audit imports and host identity, remove contradictory wrapper timeout, retain private child output and publish gate/source annotations. The existing install gate invokes the proposed revision installer, not the live installer. Queue settings and storage remain explicit operator blockers; no fake queue acceptance claimed.
Apply replacement order 3476: one CheckFailed process failure; abstract QueueCheck.check and summary; CLI ratchets remain separate commands and expose exact introduced source lines. Each family owns its deadline. Host.fetch updates declared pinned submodules; delete all audit PYTHONPATH additions and the second allocation policy. Existing install gate alone owns storage refusal and target-head execution. UpgradeRefused owns its public CLI message; only that declared refusal crosses private installer stderr into the typed gate summary. Catch only CheckFailed in the queue main. No settings, authorization key, runner or install changed.
Judge emits tool-call verdicts, not the newly broader head-review verdict base. Keep that owner type through CommsVerdictTool. Type the ratchet summary source list; an already abstract command capability does not need a nullable declaration marker.
Only UpgradeRefused owns the public refusal marker. Ordinary abort diagnostics may include private exceptions; they must not match the public-output boundary merely because they also start with upgrade-bus.
Unrelated repositories and first added steps have no historical parent module to read. Cache the target-base declarations only when an immutable step is actually examined. Remove the test consumer of the retired SourceLines measure.
Message owns removal of source-root claim authority. InitialWrites applies that projection once before issuing a fresh root; live claim validation and immutable source history remain unchanged. Cover positive claims and release-only retained windows.

Integrates #2023 #1928 #2064 #2069 #2076 onto main for one ratchet pass and one install rehearsal. Each was clean against main alone; both ratchets rc=0 on this head.
