#2011 made every transcript event carry its time but left 45,458 saved Claude tool events undated, so every rotate crashed decoding them. The carry takes each event's time from its Claude Code transcript (all 45,458 found, 6 s) and refuses if any stays undated; the unjudged query loses its undated branch. …them #2118's invoke_command declared cwd and env with None defaults, which restates BoundedRun.run's own options and their absent defaults (debt ratchet: NoneAbsence at lifecycle.py:205-206). One batch: #2124, #2127, #2025, #2095, #2115, #2118 merged on current main, plus the fix commits the merge needed (14772e3, d711e5a, b562ad9).
#1937 and #1940 are not in this batch; each is being ported onto current main in its own PR.
