Release 0.1.3. Companion to metaclass-registry 0.4.0 (a registry key names one class).

  • Inline-widget factories and preview formatters reject a second, different registrant for a type (ValueError) instead of replacing the first; registering the same one again is a no-op.
  • Requires metaclass-registry>=0.4.0, objectstate>=3.0.1,<4, zmqruntime>=0.6.4,<0.7.
  • Merge of main kept both new tests in tests/test_preview_formatter_registry.py.

Local run, fresh venv, dependencies from PyPI (metaclass-registry 0.4.0, objectstate 3.0.1, zmqruntime 0.6.4), Python 3.12: 108 passed; ruff check src tests clean.
