Ordinary main install admits an API-incomplete PolyStore dependency

Current main9f75ed8 imports polystore.config.TiffPhotometric and
TiffPlanarConfig in openhcs/core/image_file_serialization.py. A real ordinary
wheel plus paired installed dependencies exits PREMCP with ImportError because
published PolyStore0.3.1 lacks both names; pyproject admits>=0.3.0,<0.4.
No native/viewer/science was started. The original traceback and terminal are
preserved in this directory's mcp01.stdout. Whole package source/RECORD and
13-skill-file proof passes independently.

The original PolyStore configuration/writer repair is MERGED PR24 (1d72165,
candidate5c1a8e6). Current tracked source89deeef also includes merged PR26, but
still declares already-published0.3.1. Planck owns the accurate OpenHCS floor and
future ordinary receiving; the original PolyStore release maintainer owns

The draft floor is0.3.2, the proposed first containing patch release. This is a
pending release requirement, NOT an assertion that0.3.2 exists or is reviewed
for publication. If the original owner chooses a different containing release,
the floor must follow that actual version before merge. Existing published
0.3.1 must never be overwritten or relabelled.

Acceptance: containing original PolyStore release published through its existing
workflow, official registry wheel verified; floor excludes API-incomplete
versions; ordinary whole wheel and original dependencies construct MCP and
answer health/default contexts. No aliases, source shadows, floor lowering,
shared-prefix edits or science replay. Existing594 science remains unchanged.
