Integrate canonical saved parameter admission and prepared declaration help #726
Integrate the coherent declaration/presentation compiler batch through the existing upstream parameter owners rather than a second raw schema/resolver. PythonIntrospect PR #12 admits canonical parameter values and derives dataclass help on demand; ObjectState PR #22 retains those declarations directly for saved resolution and editor reset/help projections.
OpenHCS must remove the obsolete UnifiedParameterInfo reexport, pin the actual reviewed dependency heads/floors, and consume SignatureAnalyzer.prepare_dataclass_declarations from normal RegistryService preparation before READY. The 59-schema pure source closure performs no factory evaluation or full value analysis. No lazy readiness fallback belongs in compiler execution.
One saved pipeline+all-step admission pair after normal RegistryService READY measured original3D 487.416→226.292ms (261.124ms saved) and Illum3 128.604→78.683ms (49.922ms saved), with exact saved values/provenance/callable/editor parity. This excludes global saved capture and is not whole compiler or end-to-end runtime evidence; Illum total gap remains open. New RegistryService batch consumer is source-qualified separately and was not an extra priced change. Upstream availability and current integrated receiving are required before release/merge/installation.
