Fixes the sole unit-test failure after #129:
GallerySourceCaptureRequestneedsExecutionConnectionSpecavailable at runtime forget_type_hints, while importing the heavyweight execution DTO breaks the minimal website build. Move the unchanged declaration to a lightweight owner and re-export it from its previous module. Focused gallery/website group: 63 passed; docs audit: 155 sources passed. Agent service group: 106 passed, one unrelated local subprocess EDQUOT failure. CI is the publication gate.
