Behavior and owning declaration

Refs #265; follow-up to shipped #205, not a competing measurement implementation.
The original two-step canonical public callable compiles, then its second step
loads a lineage-only edge as an unbound stored callable argument. Its failed
execution/inputs/receipts remain preserved, not replayed.

Correct the compiler's declaration projection: exact output group-source
relations intersected with current main flow select the existing primary source
edge even when producer storage also exists. Unrelated stored sources retain
their authority, including the existing no-output-lineage storage controls.
Move existing source-edge construction/projection to InvocationArtifactInputEdgePlan
and delete the planner block in place. Runtime skip-None/typed edge guards are
unchanged. No new kind switch, selector store, registry or fallback.

Persisted formats

None changed. User pipeline/config, registered names and saved TIFF/CSV/ROI
contracts remain unchanged. Internal compiled edges regenerate on compile.

Actual evidence / current boundaries

• Normal latest-main integration at bd1ef8d11; isolated persistent worktree.
• git diff --check, four-file AST syntax checks: pass.
• Eight actual-source planner/factory projection cases: pass; exactly the
  stored + declared-relation + current-main-flow case changes precedence.
• Multiple-image source projection and AST equality of unchanged edge/runtime
  guards: pass. One production / 26 unit-helper callers inventoried.
• Existing packaged seven-measure ratchet at tool revision dbd0965d, base
  bd1ef8d11 → tested source 3c4805473: exit 0. This tool predates C0's
  string-dispatch/type-switch measures; full current R0/R1 is not claimed.
• Parent integrated run 23e082: six unit controls pass, actual real compiler
  and both-step orchestrator COMPLETE (5.96s total). Original XML is preserved.
  Final test readback failed because its query supplied invocation sentinel
  default to the compiled output's CHANNEL scope; the runtime guard was correct.
• Correct that test through plan.group_scope().select_runtime_key(...), not a
  hardcoded channel or weakened assertion. Five actual-source scope projections
  plus one fail-closed mismatch pass; corrected real readback remains pending.
  Parent owns the full dotted-source native MCP acceptance on unchanged production.
  No new worker native/MCP/JVM/GUI process or retained slot.

Draft: #265 closure, full NRA/R1, numerical parity and source/installed live
readiness are NOT claimed. Full publication also needs Socrates' pending #257/#264
checkpoint; parent owns combined fresh MCP acceptance with exact filenames,
typed addresses and complete saved inventory. No edits to that owner's runtime
image/source projection/materialization, R0 guardrails or installed sources.
Hosted CI waiting is deferred; local behavior/live gates remain.

Maintenance closure

Planner stage shrinks 1439 → 1430 lines; existing edge owner remains under 500.
New chained producer requires only the existing MainFlowStackOutputSpec
declaration, zero consumer cases. Focused catalog audit: IDEN-1/5/6, BOUND-2,
IMPL-4/5/10/13/14; scope/owner/new-case evidence and remaining gates are recorded
in docs/plans/issue265_main_flow_lineage_checkpoint_20260930.md.

Integration owner acceptance: reviewed production combined with current main bd1ef8d in own isolated native-built tree. Fresh native MCP execution f0b3cb40-d412-43c9-9bb9-8ba9e0e82cd7 completed both canonical callable steps at source23e08200. Exact dotted well image.ome.tif retained once in filenames; saved readback verifies all5 TIFF pixels,2 object CSVs with exact typed address/object1/pixel16,2 ZIPs with1 ROI each,3 summaries with correct values,15 typed MCP inventory records, and complete5-image durable projection coverage/extensions. Native/MCP identities closed and absent. Original checker failed only by treating a legitimate global summary as an object CSV; that receipt remains unchanged. Separate corrected saved-readback reconciliation passes without restart/replay. Production/native/dependency diff23e08200..fc5fccaf is empty. Parent32 composition controls pass1.43s;6 lineage/secondary-authority controls pass, corrected complete document/compiler/orchestrator/export regression passes4.49s after fixing its output-group readback query. Source evidence uses explicit pinned source imports; ordinary installed acceptance follows merge, not yet claimed. No biological or global NRA proof claim.
