metaclass-registry 0.2.2 is actually published from exact merged/tagged 393a7e03003cdc56df9013f932ed4f26e632d77a. Original scripts/release.py ran once, confirmed y, pushed annotated v0.2.2. Original publisher run36946473814/job110649639675 completed SUCCESS; no replacement publisher or replay.
Normally merged current OpenHCS main9a04107492ad90233394cf17524d0ca8e74062bb (including416/418) into this existing branch. The only remaining production changes against main are metaclass-registry>=0.2.2,<0.3 and the gitlink to exact released393a7e0. OpenHCS production/tests otherwise match current main; no copied discovery/registry/importer/API fallback. No persisted format changes.
Actual public artifact/API evidence
Original OpenHCS wait_for_release/probe_release verified exact PyPI metadata and the NORMAL installer index. Original materialize_release_files retained exactly one wheel/sdist set; no duplicate download or environment.
Receipt, exact commands/handles, terminal workflow, checksums and the single artifact set: docs/validation/metaclass-registry-022-publication-20261001/. Original preparation: docs/validation/selected-discovery-release-022.rst.
NRA review: IMPL-12/13 reuse original owners/helpers; MEMB-1/2 derive membership through the existing registration authority; TIME-3/4 use a real published dependency minimum, not compatibility negotiation. New Plugin declarations execute selected then full discovery through the original generic owner with exact identity and no consumer edits. Existing376 cooperative MI/new-case production tests remain unchanged.
Public availability/artifact/API merge gate is COMPLETE; ready for parent review/merge without hosted CI wait. Installed OpenHCS acceptance remains parent-owned; this wheel-import proof is not a fresh normal OpenHCS installation. No private/backing/native/science/provider changes. Removed only the completed owned publication API scratch directory (56KiB), preserving durable artifacts/source/history.
