Addresses #566: source, whole installed package and focused native case complete

Preserve the actual registration cause and returned typed observation handle. Observe that exact source/process through the existing native declaration/export registry and persisted-source manager; no new ledger, source evaluation, registration replay, timeout change or codec. Confirmed native registration survives a later local ephemeral projection failure; the old cause-erasing consumers are deleted.

The existing operation-handle ancestor owns process authority, the source owner owns the byte digest, and the handle validates its source/store. One declaration exposes openhcs_get_custom_function_registration_status through original MCP/control families without a second consumer roster. CustomFunctionRegistrationRenderer now uses existing McpDevTypedOutputRenderer/typed batch/DTO/diagnostic owners; all ten raw .get reads in this one renderer are deleted. Root394 compiler/materialization remains separate, and #541 retains its named shared-unit dependency. Foreign gitlinks/frozen science remain untouched.

Qualification at its actual strength

• Initial source batch 61 PASS / 3 FAIL: three known pre-operation failures on foreign ZMQRuntime's missing callback API retained. Existing matched read-only paired backing resolves that source bootstrap, without installation/download or progress-owner bypass.
• Affected generated MCP source batch 6 PASS / 78 deselected; typed renderer 3 PASS / 27 deselected. Cause/handle and confirmed-native local-failure controls pass. Complete original AST 704 OpenHCS +32 ZMQRuntime +12 python-introspect +6 registry, zero parse omissions; affected renderer family33 modules. Original incomplete/OOM receipts remain visible.
• Original full-ten-production-file R0 is not all-zero: gets-8, None checks+4, isinstance+1, broad except+3, classes+7/enum+1. Switches/arms/chains/absence probes/codecs zero. No positive-delta waiver/global R1 claim.
• Whole ordinary wheel from reviewed 8513a7d, SHA256 9fde2794d19f5d57837a67c4672e1f1053eed3c95c71ebae7f37c160655756de: 815 tracked payloads,90 declared resources,13 skill files,both native source/binary owners,984 RECORD entries matched. Nine affected installed controls PASS,105-tool construction, fresh exact-target health. Final receiving-only commits do not alter that production; no rebuild.

Actual public TCP native receiving PASS

Through ONE original retained client/PTY15414 (Dewey physical custody, Singer independent verification), both MCP177709 and native188784/create1791080888.84 activated the exact qualified whole target. Native6012TCP/7012 was observed READY, and explicit original catalogue preparation/status was READY before source dispatch. Original uncapped577 scope/common slice reports MemoryMax/MemorySwapMax=infinity, CPU1; ordinary deadlines/paths/process authority were unchanged.

One registration, errors=[],count1,persisted=true, canonical openhcs:registration_observation_probe_567, returned exact process/source/store handle. One read-only status, errors=[],outcome=registered, same handle; published and persisted source proofs equal the frozen154-byte SHA256 4398ac619555f8a1c0459dbbcb1a6440862fab50602cea1485c756c6ebd1e828. Exact identity relations and native persisted-source byte comparison pass, not just counts/catalog visibility. No function was run on images.

Exact native close reports ACK/process_exited/endpoint_terminated/succeeded=true on the original identity. Both native/MCP are absent and6012/7012 listeners empty. Original recorded shell terminal1 is preserved, not claimed0; all eight public operation replies have empty errors/mcp_error=false. Its nonzero shell disposition is distinct from the successful public operations; numerical native exit code/cause is not inferred.

No biological/global-audit gain, new viewer/provider/science call, build/install/environment/worktree, frozen-science hot update or cap/timeout increase. CI deferred; no hosted-CI hold.
