Closes #578. Final checkpoint352368e0b adds the authoritative python-introspect>=0.1.16,<0.2 floor to qualified99245d276; diagnostic production unchanged since8fbba870f.
Deleted receipt-only McpDevPayloadFailure serializer. Canonical dataclass JSON preserves receipt/errors; failure requires a cause and existing result decoder restores it through the same codec. Related pipeline/sampling/UI-action projections migrated without weakening successful or nonzero assertions. No outcome pop, raw fallback, parallel codec/status/registry or consumer leaf switch.
Parent-owned python-introspect PR10 merged/public0.1.16 at430fbbeeb6c7e0a9274d3bf9b0998a10cae5a505. All declared fields admitted; init-only constructor; supplied derived values recursively decoded and compared actual validated owner, never assigned; omission/strict extras remain. Receiving borrowed read-only fad3cbb codec SHA d2be277051b070d73503025a3addcde8016787e18a369c45b60be0c0edb65fea; source diff to finalac7 changes only version .15->.16, algorithms byte-identical. Published workflow37174368240 SUCCESS and Dewey public wheel/sdist all12files proof retained.

Contradictory outcome, boolean outcome, extra key each yield terminal1 with visible typed ValueError/mcp_payload_invalid cause+receipt; canonical batch roundtrip preserves cause once.
