Closes #601. Set the existing PolyStore dependency floor to>=0.3.2,<0.4, the ACTUAL published containing release. Current main imports original TiffPhotometric/TiffPlanarConfig APIs introduced by reviewed merged PolyStorePR24 and uses exact text owner from PR26; published0.3.1 lacks the TIFF declarations and caused original PREMCP ImportError. No alias, class shadow, floor lowering or runtime workaround.
