The app and message pump get a
_can_replace_messagehook, which defaults tomessage.can_replace(pending). For mouse moves while a widget holds the mouse,Appreplaces an older pending move with a newer one if the two are raw, from the same sender and have the same buttons and modifiers, and the captured widget'scan_replace_mouse_moveagrees.widget.pygets that method. One test file is added.
