Layout.render_keylinesized its canvas fromcontainer.outer_size, which is only updated by resize events, while the child rectangles came fromcontainer.region. For offscreen tables captured in full but never resized, the canvas had zero size and the keylines disappeared even though the cells were drawn. The canvas now usescontainer.region.sizeinlayout.py. A test is added intest_viewport_geometry_targets.py.
