ReflowResult loses its resized set, so reflow reports only hidden and shown widgets. A new Compositor._published_map property gives the last committed scene, which reflow and the visible-region reflow now compare against when recording damage. screen.py and scroll_view.py are changed to stop using the resized set. Two test files are updated.
