Conversation
Move the stale Core pin past AcpToolAction so Toad status imports resolve. Only agent-comms changes in the lock; all other package records stay identical.

Unblocks #1169; Tristan requested this lock refresh.
src/toad/acp/status.py:5importsAcpToolAction, but the old locked Core predates that declaration.uv lock --upgrade-package agent-commsadvances only Core to its current main HEAD:db3b35509029bff6c38218472972e864cf8f3a5683bf48ffe47efaa5baf4fc8ef9511f9c8647d065The lock diff is exactly one line. Parsed package comparison confirms no other package changed, so none needed restoring. No Toad import fixes were needed: Core’s existing module/name checker found 475 source imports, zero missing modules and zero missing names. Importing
toad.acp.statuswith Core source at the exact locked commit succeeds in an existing installed stack environment. No tests run, as instructed. No aliases, compatibility paths or dependency declaration changes.
Assumed: Core main is the remote HEAD observed when locking and checked again afterward; later main commits require a subsequent lock refresh. The import check used existing installed dependencies with Toad and exact locked Core source first on sys.path; no fresh environment synchronization or CI result is claimed.
