P67: use the native/wire cursor family

Complete paired consumer migration for Core #1068 (fc0a9161b): source imports,
explicit native fixtures, polymorphic containment, and cursor-owned native-prefix
updates. CommitClaim's native-current method is renamed across its family and
caller. Route scopes are migrated too. No compatibility names or consumer type
switches are introduced.

This branch normally merges P68 #713 through c4029f0; it does not include the
later rejected screen-label helper. P68's own PR remains independent.

Core metadata/codec/paging checks: 46 passed. Selected paired production imports
pass. This is not installed or live-accepted. Full app startup is blocked by
the P38 pair: Toad's existing Core pin7c08f472 supplies ConversationRevision,
whereas Core main and the standalone cursor checkpoint do not yet contain #996.
The existing P38 owner is resolving the pair; no alias was added. The dependency
pin is intentionally not replaced with a Core commit that would drop P38.

A fresh saved-tool-details app check records that exact import failure before UI
opening. The earlier UI batch failed and exceeded its outer limit; retained
roots/logs are preserved. Final acceptance requires the combined P38/P67 Core
checkpoint, updated pin and the real saved-history application journey. Do not
install this draft as a finished pair.
