fix(test): 移除 DbCipher 重复导入，恢复 tsc 类型检查

src/backend/internal/model/db_cipher.test.ts 的同一个 import 语句中重复导入了 type DbCipher（第 5 行与第 14 行），导致 pnpm lint（即 tsc --noEmit）报错 TS2300: Duplicate identifier 'DbCipher'，类型检查无法通过。

本 PR 删除重复的导入（净变更 -1 行），使 tsc 恢复 0 错误，修复 CI 类型检查。
