Parse the Dolby enable and mode bytes from the state update, and expose Dolby Audio as Disabled/Music/Podcast/Movie. The set command uses the [enabled, effect mode, mode] layout shared with related devices and was verified on a Liberty 5.

Adds Dolby Audio mode selection for the Soundcore Liberty 5 (A3957).
The A3957 state packet includes a Dolby enable byte and a mode byte. This parses them into
Disabled,Music,Podcast, andMovie, exposes the setting under Miscellaneous -> Dolby Audio, and sends the corresponding set command when changed.Set packet: command

The second payload byte is always
1in captures and is kept constant. The fourth state byte is currently unused.
