Record the exact tested sources, CI runs, native matrices and equal-tree merges for transition diagnostics, adapter-error observations and cancellable recovery workers (PR #202-204). The roadmap now links the delivered evidence while retaining the full R2 writer, worker-class and invariant acceptance gates.
Documentation-only validation: complete source/evidence and privacy review, 47 local links/anchors and whitespace checks passed. No runtime changes.
