R5.3 now has a consolidated acceptance ledger covering prior measured capture pressure plus the qualified historical retention and stream/severity changes in #215 and #216. It records numeric limits, exact-source CI, native identity/repetition results, cleanup and scope limits; R5.4/R5.5 and the wider gates remain open.
Validation: reviewed the complete three-file diff against source and retained qualification manifests, checked 71 local links/anchors and whitespace. Documentation only; no runtime change.
