Records R5.5 technical acceptance from PR #218: combined trigger/reader/output/process-failure stress with injected partial writes and real disk exhaustion, qualified under SYSTEM and a headless standard user. Publishes measured resource/control/recovery bounds and fixture limitations, and updates milestone/post-beta tracking. R5.4 diagnostics and overall R5 remain open.
Validation: documentation links and heading anchors, whitespace, source/evidence consistency and privacy review passed. Source 3605c2c passed CI 34813927032 and the 19-case native matrix three times per identity; merge 136909d has its identical tested tree. This documentation-only change does not require another runtime qualification.
