Record the exact-source native qualification for PR #226: SYSTEM and headless S4U checks, 272 ordered interactive snapshots, ten workload invocations, hive-error visibility/recovery, local known-folder redirection, delegated UNC/reparse rejection, peer isolation, SCM recovery and verified restoration.
The ledger links successful CI and equal runtime trees, updates the remaining scope, and keeps native-launch races and the broader R4 gate open. Documentation-only validation: complete diff/privacy and evidence consistency review, local link/anchor checks and git diff --check passed. The runtime source remains 187fc6f, qualified by CI 34834516120 attempt 1; this commit adds no runtime changes.
