The CZI demo notebook (Alignment via landmark annotations, query, aggregation) needs the following improvements: - [ ] fix the broken images and GIF by adding the media to the `resources` folder - [ ] move the notebook here instead that having it in `spatialdata-sandbox` - [ ] replace the Xenium dataset with the Xenium dataset used in the tutorials
