Follow-up to #22.

Dark everywhere

• The site opens dark whatever the system setting; light is a choice made with the toggle, and it is remembered.
• The toggle uses the report's own key (recore.theme), so the embedded example report opens in the same theme as the page. Switching the page switches the report too, through the report's own button, so its canvases redraw.

More to touch

• Pointing at (or tapping) a cell of the opening matrix says what happened to it: present in the input, put back, kept out as a pseudogene, or really absent. A Replay button runs the search again (hidden when the reader asks for reduced motion).
• The three policy cards are now a picker. Below them, ten genes Recore found where the matrix said absent; the chosen policy shows which go into the corrected matrix and which stay in the audit files: strict 3, balanced 6, sensitive 8 of 10.

GitHub one click away

• The header link now says "GitHub" (the icon alone on narrow phones), there is a GitHub button in the opening next to "Get started", the install card links to the source, and a closing "Open source, on GitHub" section has Star, Ask a question and Report a bug.

Checked by running it

• Headless Chrome at 1440 px: dark on a fresh profile with a light system setting; the cell explanation, the picker's three states, the light toggle, and the theme reaching the embedded report and surviving a reload; no JavaScript errors.
• No horizontal scroll at 390 px.
• The local gate, including tools/check_site.py with the Try-it run.
