Before you start

To follow the exercises, you need access to a delivered PlantFCE Maps workspace and familiarity with the P&IDs it contains. Choose an equipment tag from your drawing set as your starting point.

You can read the guide and watch the video without a workspace. This repository contains documentation only. Plant drawings, customer workspaces, and the PlantFCE Maps application are not distributed here.

Work through the tutorial

  1. Find equipment and explore a drawing.
  2. Practice with your own drawing set.
  3. Get help.

For a guided session, use the walkthrough narration.

The video introduces the workflow. Your tags, available details, drawing connections, and interface may differ from the example. Follow the instructions supplied with your delivered workspace where controls differ.

Share feedback

Suggestions about the tutorial are welcome. Keep customer drawings, equipment tags, screenshots, exports, and workspace files out of public GitHub discussions and issues. See Support for how to ask a question safely.
