This PR replace some figures in the documentation with animated SVG
I'm animating the SVGs by hand so it's a bit long, couldn't find a quicker way to do it...
EDIT: While I was at it I've redone the LTAS gif explanation as an animated SVG, and rewrote the LTAS algorithm explanation in the doc cause it was kind of a mess. The built documentation can be found on
L:/acoustock_admin/OSMOSE/OSEkit/doc/coreapi_usage.html#ltas-data
