Summary

• Advances docs/ci-streak.json / status snapshot after verified local gates on 8b926baf47 (Part of Process: master must be green — branch protection requiring the Compiler gate once #36377 lands, a CI-streak metric in release-readiness, and a rule that a red master blocks all non-fix merges (.github/workflows/compiler-gate.yml, script/release-readiness.sh, CONTRIBUTING.md) #36401).
• CI: php-llvm-structgep-assert.patch fails to apply — blocks north-star5-verify-fast and all bootstrap gates #36143 remains closed/green — php-llvm stack 27/27 including php-llvm-structgep-assert.patch.
• Rebased onto tip after Split-TU: extract RewireHoistedPreludePregCombineAndVarExportCallArgSendSlots (#36387) #37055 landed mid-run; gates re-verified on the new SHA.
