• Advances docs/ci-streak.json / status snapshot after verified local gates on 8b9a50e56d (Part of Process: master must be green — branch protection requiring the Compiler gate once #36377 lands, a CI-streak metric in release-readiness, and a rule that a red master blocks all non-fix merges (.github/workflows/compiler-gate.yml, script/release-readiness.sh, CONTRIBUTING.md) #36401).
• Follow-up after Trust: tip-ratchet ci-streak to 43d95f5c72 (#36401) #37069 (ratchet to 43d95f5c72) once Perf: printf/sprintf %s of overflowable native-long matches Zend (#36386) #37068 sprintf overflow landed on tip.
• CI: php-llvm-structgep-assert.patch fails to apply — blocks north-star5-verify-fast and all bootstrap gates #36143 remains closed/green — php-llvm stack 27/27 including php-llvm-structgep-assert.patch.
