The console previously opened with research forms and an eight-column account table, mixing saved settings with runtime observations. It now opens on an account overview with search and filters, while account settings and research confirmations have separate navigation. Mobile layouts use vertical account summaries and readable account facts.
Keep configuration enablement separate from actual switch/scheduler readback, distinguish page refresh time from source record age, and clarify that a new strategy switch's eligibility does not describe the existing live target. Existing backend authorization and stop/resume/confirmation protections are preserved; no services or dependencies are added.
