The console now displays non-order forward observation progress in its existing control-plane candidate cards. Valid records retain the observation count, session and timestamp; malformed fields or live authority are rejected, and older producers remain compatible. Automatic observations have progress wording and no decision buttons.
Validation: Worker source POST → authenticated GET tests, 103 console state regressions, real SOXL V7 artifact projection and readback, served JavaScript verification, and desktop/mobile browser checks covering navigation, language switching and refresh. This changes display and read-only source ingestion, not trading eligibility or account settings.
