Prepare the next signed owner-device candidate. Alpha.12 is already signed and installed, so a new build needs a higher version code and a distinct alpha name for an in-place update.
This PR changes only the version metadata to
10013/0.1.0-alpha.13. The requiredverifycheck passed.After merge, wait for the Android push run on exact
mainto pass, then usescripts/sign-latest-alpha.shfrom a clean, current checkout. Signed installation and owner-device acceptance, including issue #47, remain pending. Do not distribute the candidate before those checks.
