Read sparse checkout settings with Git boolean parsing so full checkouts restored by sparse-checkout disable can export patches and acquire candidate worktrees. Reject enabled and malformed values in local and worktree configuration, with real Git regressions for both configuration scopes and active sparse indexes.

Running git sparse-checkout disable leaves explicit false settings in repository configuration. The patch guard rejected those keys by their presence, so a normal restored checkout could fail GitDiffTool, worktree creation or candidate delivery.
Use Git's boolean parser for the sparse checkout settings alongside the existing fsmonitor check. Absent and explicitly disabled values are accepted. Enabled, valueless and malformed settings remain rejected, while the existing index, attribute, submodule and physical delivery checks retain their behavior.
The direct regression set changed from 13 failures and 67 passes to all 80 cases passing. Another 270 existing Git and delivery tests passed. The original real-Git reproduction now exports the same patch from an ordinary checkout and a checkout restored through init, set and disable. Repository Ruff, import constraints and dependency checks passed.
