版本面五件套 + 相关文档： - APP_VERSION / build.gradle fallback / sw.js CACHE_NAME / 顶栏 System · v5.19.0 - README（badge + 亮点 + 下载表 + 版本历史）、CHANGELOG 新增 v5.19.0 条目 - FEATURES / SECURITY / PROJECT_OVERVIEW 当前状态 - 版本守卫测试的字面量同步（51900） 内容：桌面单实例锁 + 端口顺延 + lan-info 真实端口 + 前端 rd-api/rd-syntax/cd-state 解耦。 验证：全量 2584 passed + 2 skipped（578s）；ruff 零告警；mypy 三档（119/160/4）零错误； 六道机械闸全 exit 0；index 同步闸 --check 通过。
